Yes. You can add your already existing content, we suggest loading mobile first content (9:16)for a better experience for your employees. You can also purchase content packs from our partners if you dont have videos for compliance adherence.
How quickly can we onboard our team?
You can be up and running in under 2 minutes. Then as you add team members via your control panel, they will receive an instant SMS to let them know they have joined and then they can connect staright from there into a WhatsApp chat with TOTTI.
Can the users download the content to their device ?
Absolutely. Once the user has queried any content from TOTTI, you can then ask TOTTI for the whole file, so maybe you asked for a particular closing down method for the coffee mahcine, you can then ask for the whole closing down procedures for all departments.
How do we manage users and content?
All user access and content is managed through your TOTTI Control Panel — a simple dashboard you can log into using your existing Google or Microsoft account. From there, you can upload documents, edit videos, assign FAQs by site or role.
